Upgrade to CE3 from Pages 3.7.1/Highslide Pro 2

I produced my website in 2010 and used TTG Pages 3.7.1 and Highslide Pro 2. I have purchased the CE3 suite and had hoped to upgrade. However, when I try to use CE3 with my original templates I get an error message as follows: -

The template can not be applied, because the web gallery (id='net.theturninggate.web.pages') is missing. Please install that web gallery and then try again.

The gallery works with the old versions and I want to continue to use all the colours/set up/text/formatting etc and just add more pages and facilities with CE3. I may be expecting too much but can anyone advise on how I might be able to use my current website structure etc in CE3?? There may be a way of exporting and re-importing?? I tried Matthew but he was about to go away, so I am hoping someone else can help.

Thanks!!!

templates from previous versions will not work with new versions. You'll need to start over. That's just the way it is. There are new options, new css, new everything.

But once you design in one engine, you can share the settings between other CE3 engines
