I can see none. Looks to me that the API key is stored in the database.
same with admin credentials
(both of which can be changed from within Backlight anyway)
or were you looking to change something else?

Where/how do you change the API key in Backlight?

On the Settings page. Log in, access the Backlight menu, and Settings.
The API key is arbitrary, but should match in Backlight's Settings and in the Publish Services settings.

I cant seem to find it- I even clicked on "show advanced settings"...

In the Backlight First Look video, the heading "Publisher" comes after Vendor Email, yet on my Backlight Settings page, the heading "Contact forms" coms directly after Vendor Email ... so there's no API key field.
In the video, it's referring to the initial set up, whereas I've already set it up, but I cant remember the API Key, so the LR plugin (v1.2.3) cant be authenticated...
Thanks!

The API Key can be set under Backlight > Publisher > Settings.
As a note, those initial settings can be viewed again by visiting Backlight > Settings, clicking on Show Advanced Settings, then Edit Settings. Set 'Show Quick Settings' to 'yes', then logout and back in again.
There's no need to do that though, as the 'Quick Settings' are all available elsewhere, such as can be seen with the API Key setting, under Publisher.

I tried that, and I still don't see a field to enter the API key, like it shows in the video....
Nor do I see "publisher" on any of the pages (Settings, Edit Settings)

Finally!
I followed your steps again, and this time CLICKED THE SAVE SETTINGS box at the very bottom of the page.
My OCD requires instructions to be complete, and assume that I'm an idiot. (apparently I'm one of those people.)
Thanks!

This is a screenshot of my Backlight homepage - how would you get to "Publisher" or "Quick Settings" from here, without going to Advance Settings...?
