Trying to Remove Breadcrumb on home page

Unticking the Display Beadcrumbs selection on the Features tab of the Edit Album dialog and clicking Edit button leads to the following reproducible error dialog:

breadcrumbsErrorWarning.JPG

For some reason, the breadcrumb's link to Portfolios is wrong on the home page, but seems right on other pages deeper into the site. I feel it's not needed at the root of the site.

Re: Trying to Remove Breadcrumb on home page

I noticed you're not using the latest version CE4 Gallery. And you're not using the latest version of Publisher either.

be sure to update and see if that solves the issue. Seems like a recent update solve something similar.

Re: Trying to Remove Breadcrumb on home page

I really thought I did that, but see only the publisher zip file made it to the server! Wow, what an idiot. As far as the Gallery, do I need to rebuild/update and republish the templates based on it?

Re: Trying to Remove Breadcrumb on home page

You should probably update your CE4 Gallery templates too.

Re: Trying to Remove Breadcrumb on home page

And your Publisher version is still showing as 2.1.3

Re: Trying to Remove Breadcrumb on home page

OK, back at this. I believe I updated everything, latest Gallery templates moved to server, latest Publisher on server and plug-in on client. How can I check what the version of publisher on server is? The TTG BE Admin version still shows as 2.0.3--this value is behind even the value you report.

Still getting the same error as shown above.

Re: Trying to Remove Breadcrumb on home page

ttg-be version and Publisher version are different.
You've got ttg-be version 2.0.3 and Publisher version 2.1.3

to check, just click on Publisher Admin

Re: Trying to Remove Breadcrumb on home page

Bingo! I had the right stuff on the server, but just hadn't run the darn Publisher Admin to complete the whole thing.  Thanks a ton for continuing to point in the right direction.
