How to add image to About page

I would like to have an image to the right of the text on a page, such as my About page. A single image album could be used, above or below the Page Copy but what about to the side, or wrapping the image. Do I need to use a Wordpress page for this or are there other options?

Use html in the page copy to add inline images.
