#101 Re: CE4 Client Response Gallery » CRG Template and Client Response Gallery Settings » 2015-04-30 23:18:32

That works well with the padding. Thanks Rod.

I'd like to be able to use the identity plate in the Identity Plate Role: Profile setting. It would be much better, but I can't get the icon to sit on the right. As a banner, my square icon just leaves too much white space across the top of the page.

#102 Re: CE4 Client Response Gallery » CRG Template and Client Response Gallery Settings » 2015-04-30 22:47:48

Thanks Rod,

I tried that, but the icon just sits hard against the box line around the list of links below it, but I didn't use padding, so will give it a try.

#103 Re: CE4 Client Response Gallery » CRG Template and Client Response Gallery Settings » 2015-04-30 22:03:26

Thanks Rod,

In that case, I'll have to use the Banner or Profile setting to have my icon on the 'Your Albums' page, but I always put the icon on the right.

If I choose Banner, there's too much white space (my icon is square).

Is there a way to get the icon on the right when selecting the Identity Plate Role: Profile?

Hi,

Could someone tell me why the Page Copy (Md) under Content/Description in Lightroom isn't showing up on the page using the CRG Template set under Client Response Gallery Settings, please?

I created a template for the 'Your Albums' page that lists the client's galleries. It should include some Page Copy (Md) that I added in Lightroom. I exported and uploaded the gallery template. It's selected as the CRG Template set under Client Response Gallery Settings. However, the Page Copy isn't showing up.

Thanks.

#105 Re: CE4 Client Response Gallery » How to remove "Client » Selection gallery 1" link » 2015-04-30 19:52:52

Okay, it can be changed through the Display Breadcrumbs setting in LR and TTG-BE Publisher settings.

Hi,

I'm getting a "Client » Selection gallery 1" link at the top of the CRG page. "Client" is an active link, but since I disabled indexing for the client folder, the link takes you to a ./error.html page.

The link's not there in the Lightroom template. How do I remove it, please?

Thanks.

#108 Re: CE4 Client Response Gallery » Album Set password protection » 2015-04-22 15:39:37

Hi Ben,

So username and password are disabled/don't work in Album Set Features?

Could someone tell me why the username and password enabled under Features (guest and obscured password) for each Album Set isn't required when accessing an album gallery?

Thanks.

Thanks Rod. I'll PM Ben the guest login details.

I was, still am, till I can sort out this issue.

#112 Re: CE4 Client Response Gallery » Authentication required? » 2015-04-19 02:00:56

Hi Rod,

For the CE3 galleries, I've password protected the top level directory in cPanel to prevent access to it. Client's receive a separate cPanel password and username for the Album Sets containing their selection and download galleries.

In CE4, I can't get past the top level directory cPanel username and password, because there's no other username and password for the Album Set or Album I'm trying to access.

I just don't want to leave the top level directory open and unprotected.

#113 Re: CE4 Client Response Gallery » Authentication required? » 2015-04-19 01:37:43

Hi Rod,

No, the message appears in the browser window after I click on the gallery link in Lightroom. In Standalone mode, if I enter the username and password for the top level directory (set in cPanel) the gallery opens, but no feedback icons in the gallery. If I then enable Feedback for the gallery in Lightroom, the link takes me to the ttg-be login page, but only because, I think, I previously entered the top level directory cPanel username and password.

I was beginning to get to grips with setting up galleries, enabling feedback and so on, now, for some reason, I cannot get passed an Authentication Required message, even when I select Enable Feedback Standalone.

It was working before. Any idea what to do?

The username and password being asked for are those I applied to the top level galleries directory (in Publisher) through the web host's CPanel. My other CE3 galleries are all in the same top level folder.

In the CE3 galleries I password protect each separate client album in CPanel as well.

#115 Re: CE4 Client Response Gallery » CRG Assign Albums to Client » 2015-04-17 16:28:50

I think I'll just change the Album name and Album Title to something unique to the project while keeping the slugs the same for the two galleries (selection_gallery and download_gallery) in each Album Set named after a particular project. I think that'll work.

So for each client, the list will be something like

Project 1 selection gallery
Project 1 download gallery
Project 2 selection gallery
Project 2 download gallery
and so on

#116 Re: CE4 Client Response Gallery » CRG Assign Albums to Client » 2015-04-17 16:08:11

Are 'Album Two', 'CRG Album One' and 'CRG Album Three' based on the slugs, Ben, or just the Album Title without hyphens?

And when listed on the 'Albums assigned to you' page for each client, what would the list of links look like?

Thanks.

Hi,

Could someone tell me how to change the wording "Albums Assigned to You" on the client's page, please?

Thanks.

#120 Re: CE4 Client Response Gallery » CRG Assign Albums to Client » 2015-04-17 01:03:32

I'd like to see this feature added, too. I have multiple albums just called selection_gallery and download_gallery. Each pair (selection_gallery and download_gallery) are in Album Set folders that are named according to the project. So unless I change the album names, there will be just a list like below for each client.

selection_gallery
download_gallery
selection_gallery
download_gallery
etc

Just thought, it also means I can't migrate my CE3 albums... I'll have to start over and give each album a different name.

Request for slug to appear in the assign-albums-to-client page instead of album title.

#121 Re: CE4 Client Response Gallery » Cell number hidden by download icon » 2015-04-16 22:40:51

Still no way to get metadata sequence to show up as 001, 002, 003 etc through Publisher? Am only getting 1, 2, 3, etc, like in CE3.

Hi,

What setting do I need to change so that the download icon doesn't hide the cell number beneath it, please?

Thanks.

Hi,

I uploaded a template and installed Publisher, like with CRG CE3, but I get asked to login when I enable feedback in Lightroom under Integration.

Where is the username and password, please? Do I have to set a new password and username for each gallery created in Publisher?

Thanks.
