Rod,
I changed the native size to 1280 X 720 per the instructions.
No difference.
Jack
I use Stage to imbed YouTube videos.
My settings (all default):
W 640
H 360
Mantel and Core set to auto (values are 1140 each. I think they are not used as I have it set to audio)
All check boxes are checked, Of course that includes "Play in HD if available".
Video on desktop (iMac) or laptop is fine, with HD resolution as it should be. I usually shoot videos in 1080p or 4K.
On iPhone it seems good, but it is a small screen of course.
However on the iPad is is not high resolution. If I watch the same video with the YouTube app, resolution is fine, much better then TTG imbedded video.
Do I need to change settings to get the resolution on the iPad the same as the YouTube app?
Thanks.
Jack
An update.
I created a test album to see if it would publish. When I did the album structure returned. What is happening is on the Publisher instance name bar, the expander arrow that is usually on the right side is not visible nor can I make that panel larger to see it. It must expand when you do an action in it. Other non TTG instances are behaving the same. The other panels are OK. I have the 5K iMac and it seems like a scaling issue with that area.
Obviously a Lightroom problem.
TTG Publisher and my published info all seems OK.
Jack
Yes. I thought it would carry over as well. It did not. Not sure what you mean by setting up an instance. I checked the connection and it showed good. Don't know what else to look for.
My iMac died, and I got a new one. I am reinstalling Lightroom and put the TTG plugin in. In Lightroom I don't see the album structure in the Lightroom Publisher Panel. I am opening the backed up Lightroom Catalog. Only difference is the Lightroom catalog is on a external drive now. The regular Lightroom stuff looks fine.
Can you help.
Thanks,
Jack
Upgraded to Stage 6.1.2. All is fine.
Thanks Matt and Rod.
Jack
OK. I have a ton of videos.
I will see if a fix is coming soon, or I will revert back to Stage 610 until one is available.
Thanks again.
Jack
Rod,
Insanity has some benefits, but not in this case. LOL
Thank you for pursuing this and finding it. What you are seeing is what I am seeing. All my albums are Publisher managed. I was getting frustrated and was planning to back to Stage 610 to get my videos back up and running.
Is a Publisher fix needed?
Is there a workaround?
Thanks again,
Jack
I export to my desktop each time I export. Then upload to the site, then back up that file. I exported the 611 files and the references are for google drive in index.php. That is coming from Lightroom with YouTube see ted (as I have always did).
If I upload the 610 version of the files the videos work fine, and of course the index.php references YouTube.
The YouTube ID's work as I do not touch the albums, just the template via Publisher.
I don't use or have a Google Drive account.
It seems that 611 is not seeing the section of YouTube, or is crossing that selection with Google Drive, but I don't know how to see that anywhere.
Jack
Matt,
I am confused. I definitely have Video: YouTube selected. I downloaded the Stage 611 plugin again and exported it again from Lightroom. When I look, at then index.php file exported from Lightroom I see indications for YouTube.com in it. I deleted the files from my site and loaded this newly exported version. Same results.
I have been using Stage since CE3 so it is not the first time I have used it. As i indicated if I go back to Stage 610 it works.
It still does not work with Stage 611.
Don't know what to do next.
Jack
Matt,
It is. I double checked and reloaded it to the web site.
I didn't change that from 610 as I didn't need to.
I get the ID in the black bar under the navigation screen. that is it.
Jack
I installed Stage 611a and had not tested it. I uploaded some new video and updated my site. I went to check the videos out and they don't play. The box does not even display. The image gallery seems OK.

On another site I have, updated with 611a, the same thing happens. On that site I reverted back to Stage 610 and the videos display as they should.
Is their a new setting in 611a I need to toggle?
Thanks,
Jack
Matt,
I disabled the shared resources feature.
All works great.
Thanks,
Jack
Hi I am trying to use Full Screen Auto for my home page. All I get is a black screen with the heading and hyperlink displayed. I was using Flip full screen and that works fine.
Not sure what I am doing wrong.
Thanks,
Jack
I have downloaded the 2 September updates. The blog indicates the following versions:
Auto Index 7.0.4
Gallery 6.1.0
Pages 7.0.9
Publisher 2.1.3
Stage 6.0.3
I loaded them into Lightroom and they show:
Auto Index 7.0.3
Gallery 6.1.0 - OK
Pages 7.0.8
Publisher 2.1.3 - OK
Stage 6.0.2
For Auto Index, Pages and Stage, I am not sure if the version number is not in the update correctly or something else.
Thanks,
Jack
I installed all the 15 August updates. On iPhone and iPad, zoom still does not work.
Is there a setting that needs to be enabled (I could not find one).
Thanks,
Jack
Thanks Matt and Rob.
I will go back to 6.0.3 until I see an update with the fix
Jack
OK. I updated Pages and Gallery.
Still no zoom capability on mobile.
Thanks,
Jack
Oops. I went back and checked the blog post. I missed the Pages update from 5 August.
I will update and see if that fixes the problem.
Jack
I have updated my sites with the current versions of the plugins. The latest Pages version was released 29 July. Correct?
If correct I still have a problem. I do use shared resources.
Jack
I installed the 6.0.4b Gallery update of today. On iPad and iPhone I cannot zoom anymore.
Is this the correct behavior?
I would like the zoom capability.
Thanks,
Jack
I have the same problem on a mac. I don't where the file name is that has the naming issue chris.palmer found.
I went back to 6.0.3 to get my galleries working as they should.
Having 604a the same name in LR as 604 is very confusing.
Can a fix be implemented to work for mac? Also can that have it's own new version number?
Thanks,
Jack
Fixed.
Thanks Ben.
And of course thanks to Rod for helping earlier.
Ben,
Why was this file on one site and not the other? Was it a result of the attempt to fix the bad album set I has after migration?
Jack
