#76 CE4 Gallery » Masonry, Elastic » 2015-02-26 19:42:56

When I use the Masonry, Elastic layout (which I absolutely love) it takes awhile for the thumbnails to load on the screen, where if I use the CE4 Standard then they load almost instantly.

Is this just a feature or have I messed something up?

#77 Re: CE4 Theme for WordPress » Form button no longer works » 2015-02-26 19:20:54

Ha ha, still laughing at ugly - lol Just their default based on some sort of theme colours.

Think I will have to try a different plugin. Thanks Rod for the suggestions, will give them a try.

Okay,

So I use a plug-in on WP called XForms and combined with the CE4 template the submit button no longer works.

http://www.terryliveseyphotography.co.u … ce-survey/

It use to work on the CE3 version.

If I change to a different theme it also works.

I've updated the XForm to the latest version but no difference.

It could be dodgy code on the Xform but this is not an area I would know much about.

Any advice please.

Thanks,
Terry

Thanks for noticing that, that was a naming convention I used for a project and got carried across hmm

Will get them changed on the next refresh.

Cheers,

#80 CE4 Cart » Open Question - How do people deal with selling different aspect ratio » 2015-02-15 22:24:53

How does everyone deal with (inform the customer) different aspect ratio's on their images.

i.e. 20x16 is not compatible with all formats unless it is the size of the mount.

Or does everyone use the mixed pricing and select a few different aspect ratio packages?

Looking for the easy option really and that includes being able to send prints out in a roll as opposed to a mounted images which might not survive the post.

Thanks all,
Terry

Hi Ben,

spot on, thank your for replying so quickly, that worked perfectly (I'd have never have got that as I had sales tax turned off so didn't bother changing the country).

Ha yeah it was under G, think I need to practice my alphabet big_smile

Thanks for that now the site is fully working with CE4 completely implemented big_smile www.TerryLiveseyPhotography.co.uk

How can I default the shipping country to the UK rather than United States?

Also United Kingdom being sorted by the 'K' is not natural. It needs to be sorted by the 'U' like every other site this side of the world big_smile

Also on the admin section how do you set the shipping to be United Kingdom rather than United States so that it can work out international shipping automatically?

Probably really simple answers to above but I can't find it.

Thanks,
Terry
