Please can you tell me where I can access the PayPal backend on backlight so I can insert the necessary GDPR information
Will this result in an update on the upcoming privacy laws?
So the question is, is Backlight working on a GDPR update to the relevant checkboxes and database tables for the upcoming privacy laws.
As you are aware all customer information collected by backlight has to comply to the GDPR data protection law coming into force in May 2018.
I have updated my WP site with regard to my privacy policies and by running a plugin to add a link to my gravity forms but how can I update backlight?
Please, can you tell me how to disable the right click function to make it a little harder to copy photos
I have received new CRG feedback and added the new client to backlight, by selecting: client response/feedback then selecting the client/edit client the enable and create a password and save, I then assign the album where she left her comments.
What do I do now to enable me to download her selection within Lightroom and work with the images and comments she submitted?
I am selling digital downloads, but I want to enable the invoiced checkout, I am looking but can't find it
I have invoiced check out enabled, but can't find where to configure the settings, do I change the product type to a physical product?
Is this still the case if I were to buy the backlight wordpress plug-in?
I would like to setup a payment via Stripe or Tide as I do not want to use PayPal how can I do this?
Resetting the cart did the trick thank you, I will print this checklist for future updates
step 1 create an album template and activate the cart
step 2 Cart-Pricing-Pricing scheme and add a pricing scheme
step 3 Insure shipping method is correct
step 4 upload photos to the gallery via Lightroom
Result
No products available for purchase
Ok not really the fix I was looking for, I wanted to be able to access and change gallery passwords while out and about, as backlight does not have a gallery expiry date option (another much-needed add-on), I can easily change them when I am back in the studio via Lightroom
To be able to check and update password protected galleries online is a function that is greatly missed, is this an easy fix?
thank you
Somehow my copyright footer is at the top of my page, how do I get it back at the bottom?
Inserting the font statement and changing the font family to Gill Sans, sans-serif did the job for me thank you
Correct it is a google font but I have not posted a statement, I wasn't sure what that was
I have chosen inherit font family Lato to be used as my font of choice in the typography section of my design template, but what is displayed is times new roman on my logo how can I rectify this?
That is great thank you so so much, sorry for the confusion between search and menu buttons
I have sent you an email with the image, yes the search function is turned off but the button is still active.
if you reduce your page size to the minimum width it pops up.
I used the inspect tool on my google browser to locate the code that i want removed
<li class="fa_pseudo"><ul class="palletToggle"><li></li><li></li><li></li><li></li></ul></li>
I hope this helps
Do you have a CSS code to remove the search function/icon? It shows up in mobile view
I am such a dummy, I didn't clear my Cache.
Sorry to be a pain but I opened up custom css and pasted the link
.fancybox-button--pallet {
display:none;
}
and no joy the share icon still shows, what am i doing wrong?
