#51 Re: CE4 Publisher » Still Use Ftp? » 2015-02-27 06:31:26

Thanks. I will try the smart previews thing. I would just have to build smart previews first and then disconnect from our server.

So here is my quandary. I am using PUBLISHER to take advantage of the TTG BE managed Client Response Gallery. Our workflow at the office involves unique LR catalogs per client.  I know this isn't a usual workflow. I underestimated how often I would have a CRG site uploading on the FTP while I moved onto do color correction (etc) on another client's catalog. Using publisher brings me to a stand still while I wait and wait for the site to upload. Is there anyway to export out a publisher managed site for upload via an FTP client.

Thanks!

Not as far as i could tell. It exported a slightly different number each time.

They never submitted the comments so the emails never came through. They were in the middle and walked away to take a break. I saw the comments they had begun on the database, thought they were my tests and accidentally deleted,

HELP. I accidentally deleted my clients feedback on the TTG BE "View Feedback" Page. I thought it was my ealrlier test and she had actually selected 51 photos. Is there a back up of the info any where?! I hate to break it to here that she just looked through 700 photos for nothing.

#57 Re: CE4 Client Response Gallery » Master log in & Assigning all album in a set to a client » 2015-02-25 13:40:52

Got it! Sorry, I somehow missed that email amongst the others. Bummer the answer is no to both, but glad at least one is on the to do list for updates. Assigning a whole set to a client seems like something others might desire too. Hopefully that will get on the to do list as well. Thanks!

I have two questions. 1: Is there a master/admin credential I can set for CRG albums that are managed by TTG BE. I have to keep copy and pasting client's email addresses to log in to their albums. 2: Is there a way to give a client access to all albums in a/their set.  I find it hard to wade through all the albums to check all pertinent albums when I just want them to access everything in their set. Thanks In advance.

I figured it out. There was an issue with a corrupt source file and it had nothing to do with Publisher. Just a perfect storm of being a new user and a random corrupt file. Thanks for the help

Hi.
When on TTG BE and I go to "clients' -> "assign albums" I see many old albums that were either deleted via my FTP client. The are no where on my site when I look via my ftp client but they show up under "assign albums". Any ideas? Thanks gang.

Hi. I have now tried 6 time to publish this gallery and each time lightroom unexpectedly quits. So frustrated as I have spent so much time setting up the new CRG with publisher. About to jump ship and go back to the old CRG. It gets about 150 photos published out of 836 before it crashes. Any thoughts?! thanks in advance.

#64 Re: CE4 Client Response Gallery » How To Log In To Gallery » 2015-02-19 13:01:39

How do I style the login in page now that i have integrated publisher with CRG? It just says "CLIENT RESPONSE GALLERY" with a link to my home page and TTG creds at bottom. I would like to customize that like it was without integrating with publisher and TTGBE managed galleries
