Hi Matthew
I Just found out it is browser related on a mobile, Google Chrome to be exact, unfortunately, it's not an option to tell all my clients to use a different browser lol
Hi guys
The problem I am experiencing is on a mobile phone with the popup "add an item to cart" where it will not scroll down to show the "add to cart" button
This is not a problem with digital downloads or for prints with limited options as a display screen on the average phone will show all the functions on offer
The problem arises when you add more than two extra attributes eg extra sizing options or print options, causing the content to be bigger than what a phone screen can fit.
is there a fix to allow the content to scroll past the limitations of the screen?
I have the Samsung S8+
Thanks, M8 that has done the trick
I have looked high and low to find the setting to change the lightbox colours, can anyone help, please.
Backlight can’t find my shopping cart
This is what happens when I goto my administrator backlight cart settings

My Web Host Updated my settings to PHP 7.2 from PHP 7.0
can you please tell me the v1 backlight shopping cart shortcode, it got overwritten by mistake
Thanks, that's amazing news that it's in your plans, This only makes your product even more attractive to the world of photography e-commerce websites.
Thank you
Please tell me if you are working on including Stripe as an alternative payment option to Paypal
Hi guys
I have an ever-increasing demand for clients to buy but do not want to be forced to open a PayPal account.
PayPal has been removing the option to pay via credit or debit card for non-PayPal customers.
I need to be fully automated for my digital downloads so invoicing is not an option, I would love a checkout option to be able to use a debit or credit card.
I love Backlight and would hate to leave because of this.
Where do I go to move the position of the shopping trolly from the top left to the top right?
Please tell me how I get my update files for BL1
Found the problem for me it's under Backlight > Publisher > Upgrade Album Files works like a treat thanks
That has worked a treat thank you, is there any way that https can be forced to activate if someone used an old http link?
I am using Backlight and am still having problems converting to https I have changed the, .htaccess code
<IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{HTTPS} off
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://%{HTTP_HOST}%{REQUEST_URI} [L,R=301]
RewriteCond %{SERVER_PORT} !^443$
RewriteRule (.*) https://%{HTTP_HOST}/$1 [R=301,L]
and still no joy, all my url links have been changed to https also

Please help
Is there any way I can set the dpi as I would like a dpi of 300 for printing and 240 the web social media downloads.
In the "Add-ons" section of the "Album templates" and under photos for purchase, does the quality slider represent the dpi of the downloaded image? and if so does 100% represent 300dpi?
I think it must be a problem with the Google Chrome android update ?
I have a Samsung S9+ and using the latest Google Chrome web browser (the old google chrome works fine), the problem is the shopping cart, It's impossible to add items to the cart, the page keeps flicking back and forth the only way to do it is use the desktop site (on a mobile it is not ideal) I have tried other search engines and it works fine,
Please help.
Hi guys
I have set the "Approval for free downloads" to, yes, but once an order has been received, I do not get sent a link to approve the order.
I logged onto the dashboard found the order and changed the status from "Free Downloads approved" from no to yes but my client still cannot download the photos.
Please help
Can you please tell me the directory where to paste my tracking code
Please help.
When my customers buy the photos and check the required Retail licence checkbox, where do I attach the link to my Retail licence pdf so the client will receive it in the emailed invoice receipt?
I know that Gravity Forms collects all user data and there are several GDPR plugins that will collect this data, making the whole process easier for a web developer to conform to these eu standards, I have used this method within WP, but I don't know how to get around this within the checkout backend of backlight.
Perhaps using Gravity Forms to collect user data on the next update could simplify things?
Thanks I will refer to the GDPR thread.
Hi can you please tell me where backlight stores all customer information that has been taken during the check out process.
I need to access this in case a customer asks to have all their data removed.
