I emailed him. Hoping he can help. I don't even care about fixing the shipping anymore. Now what is happening is it is only showing digital download available. The physical print purchases have all disappeared from the customer side. It just show digital download.

UGH. everything is screwed up now. The whole thing is not working... I tried to replace what it was saying was wrong in that message. I replaced the components via ftp it said was missing. and i think i scrambled everything. Think i'm gonna throw in the towel

Figured it out. I think i just needed to refresh the cash a bunch. Well I've move from packages already. I just think there are to many combos because we have "add matt" options. I think discount band is better for what we are doing. I added a discount band, but I don't see it showing up in the check out process. Is there somewhere else I have to check to make the band active to my orders?

I figured it out! I accidentally had my digital download toggled as a physical item! duh. whoops. No I'm just trying to figure out packages and having a heck of a time.

did you enable the "Enable Offline Digital Purchases" option and have yet to upload the files for download?
- did not enable that
In you template (in Output Settings) have you selected the option to have Publisher create downloadable image renditions for sale?
- i did select that.

alright i think i'm losing it. I can't figure out my client downloads their file after purchasing a digital file. I am using cart with published and think I have everything set up correctly, but no download link comes through with purchase.

i just love the save as you go. We've had so many clients accidently forget to hit submit and end up losing their changes, so I love the save as you go

I just didn't know if the multiple people logged in and sending at once would clog up the works. I am about to send a CRG that is TTG be managed to several people and am worried they will be saving at the same time and canceling each other at once. It saves as you go so I don't know what happens if multiple people save at once.

Hi,
I think this is most likely a dumb question. I did a shoot with 33 kids. I want to post all the photos to one gallery and give the url to all the parents to order. Will ALL these possible multiple log ins be ok?

Hi, I am hosting several client response galleries for a family and I wanted to create a page that is a entry way with some additional links and information. I would like this page to be password protected with the same log in for their galleries. Would "pages", or "stage" be capable of that?

We have a client that always want us to post everything but with our "selections" indicated. In the past we have done this by color labeling our selections and uploading to a CRG page with color labels showing. It would be awesome if we could have our selections applied in the crg site so our client could utilize the "dim unselected" and "hide unselected" functionality. To go one by one to do selections would be time consuming as this gallery contains 7453 photos total with 1077 being selected. Any way to automate or do from LR or TTG BE. Thanks in Advance!

I am using TTG BE managed galleries published using publisher. I was receiving my feedback emails fine for some time but they have stopped. My last three clients that have hit "submit" did not result in me receiving an email with their feedback. weird.
Any ideas?

Thank you. I was worried. For some reason i stopped receiving emails of my feedback. I was hoping maybe this was a bug that was fixed in this update. Still not receiving emails when my clients submit. I am using TTG BE managed galleries published using publisher.

Really confused here. Below in the "warning" section in updating to 2.0.3
it says "* Replace **ttg-be/admin** and **ttg-be/framework** with the files in the included CE4-TTG-BE-202.zip file"
Is that a typo and it means "* Replace **ttg-be/admin** and **ttg-be/framework** with the files in the included CE4-TTG-BE-203.zip file"
